About Inside Out Counseling
Being seen and heard with empathy allows healing to begin, transforming pain into progress.
About Inside Out Counseling and Our Approach
In a distinguished career defined by profound compassion and unwavering dedication, I have had the privilege of working intimately with both underprivileged and privileged teens, as well as adults navigating the heavy burden of severe trauma. These experiences have sharpened my expertise and deepened my understanding of the resilience inherent in the human spirit, across all stages of life and societal backgrounds. Engaging closely with youth has also reconnected me with my inner child—a presence I cherish and bring to every relationship, every day, and everywhere.
Now, a year into my private practice, I am experiencing the thrilling convergence of merging the profound insights and lessons from these distinct paths. This integration marks not just a culmination of my past endeavors but a courageous step forward, where the nuances of youth and the complexities of adulthood unite to offer a richer, more holistic approach to healing. What makes my practice unique is my ability to offer innovative modalities and create on-the-spot techniques tailored to help each individual gain insight and heal effectively.
Throughout this transformative journey, I am committed to leveraging the entirety of my experiences to craft a practice that is as inclusive as it is impactful. With deep gratitude and ongoing anticipation, I continue to facilitate journeys of healing that are both deep-rooted and expansive, embracing the full spectrum of human experience.
